Find your public IP address

For security, our phone system only accepts connections from approved networks. Your logins will work only after we whitelist your office's public IP address.

  1. On a computer connected to your office network, open https://ifconfig.me (or whatismyipaddress.com).
  2. Copy the IPv4 address shown (it looks like 203.0.113.25).
  3. Repeat at each office, and for every remote agent.
  4. Email all addresses to your Monica AI contact, and tell us whether your internet provider gives you a static IP.
Dynamic IP? If your provider changes your IP, phones stop registering. Ask your ISP for a static IP, or tell us right away when it changes.
